Hadn’t been to the dentist in years – this was like an F1 pitstop. In and out with precision. Super professional and genuinely caring staff, with just the right amount of nonsense about coming in more regularly (fair enough). Even had a TV on the ceiling if you're in the mood for some distraction while they’re in your mouth with tools. Very impressed overall – probably the best dentist experience I’ve had.
Staff and Ingrid always make me feel at ease whenever I come in. They explain everything down to the smallest detail so that decisions are made easy. Thank you so much for your service.
I was extremely happy with the service provided by Dr. Minkyu Kim, paid less for a filling then what I paid in Mandurah. Can highly recommend this Clinic.
Caravanning from Perth to Darwin and experienced pain in my gums. Although very busy they managed to fit me in and Ingrid took care of my problem for me. What a lovely, professional place. Not only that but they followed up with a call two days later just to make sure I was ok. Full marks to Pelago Dental. Thank you.
Had great experiences with the dentists and hygienists and assistants! Thank you. Front desk has been a bit challenging. Issues with health funds by putting through incorrect codes, health fund not paying, calling/texting me 4x the day prior to confirm the appointment that I literally just made for myself.
