Peking--Quiet Atmosphere Great Food! Peking has been a Columbia favorite since it originally opened downtown on 9th St. Then they moved to their new location at the intersection of Providence and Green Meadows becoming the first and primary Chinese Restaurant in South Columbia. The service is great! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is quiet and easy to talk with friends while enjoying great food. They make the best curry chicken in town! I really enjoyed the food but I did find a metal shaving in my noodles and a hair in my meat. Just would prefer a cleaner place.

This is the best place for for Chinese food.
Best Chinese I've had in Columbia. The Crab Rangoon is perfect, not sickeningly sweet like everywhere else in town. Glad to have discovered Peking Restaurant!
