The taste of duck is so good and has no smell of duck.
This has been a favorite of my family's since they opened thirty-odd years ago. And we keep going, into a third generation, because the food is just so good. Unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants, everything doesn't taste the same; each dish has its own distinct flavors. The Zagat ratings talk about authenticity.
