How is it that an er runs out of flu tests during flu season? My sister went in feeling dreadful. No blood wk, no IV. Only an xray. Decided it's flu and sent home with meds.

This place is so under staffed it’s unbelievable. Surgical floor 7 no nurse on duty 6 AM my lady friend in severe pain. Procedure scheduled 8 AM. This isn’t the Gaza Strip what the heck.
I was seen in the Emergency Room today. I’ve been in a lot of pain and haven’t eaten for 3days. From the moment I was greeted by hospital staff, I started feeling better. The entire staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I left were ETREMELY caring and compassionate. The receptionists, nurses, doctors were AMAZING. My Wife and I would rate 10 stars if that option was possible!! Thank You again!!! Respectfully, Chris and Betty Watts.
