Worst people I have ever dealt with. I put a deposit on 204 Marie Dr. contingent on it being done by 10 November. I called a couple weeks ago and Mr. Pekar said his helper threw his back out so it'll be done on the 10th at the latest. He said he was positive about that. Last week I schedule water, Comcast, and the movers (military move) to come in on the 10th to get everything straight.
