Wow is the best word to use for Jan’s abilities to take a situation and make things happen quickly. One phone call to Jan got the wheels moving to get a tech to our condo to fix an AC problem for our guests. We are extremely impressed with Jan’s dedication to customers- something that is sorely lacking now a days. Peka is very lucky to have Jan as a team member.
