Lori at PEJ was immensely helpful with our wedding and really guided us through a lot of options. She is professional yet personable and really saved us time and effort by connecting many of the "dots" at play. Also, everyone at our wedding raved about the food (we went with the BBQ option). I honestly wasn't expecting people to love the food that much (when do we ever really love food at the wedding?) but it was really really great. I can't recommend the team at PEJ Catering enough. Brooke was incredibly responsive through throughout the process, guiding me on menu recommendations and amounts. She made it incredibly easy to pay and coordinate drop off our our event. We went with their Fajita Menu which included delicious smokey beef and chicken, lots of grilled veggies, rice, beans, queso, guacamole, chips and lots of salsa. The food is fabulous, the service is top notch, and working with event specialist Kristin makes the whole process stress free! From the initial quotes to the planning and execution, she is extremely communicative and goes above and beyond to make the event a success! We are already planning our next event! :)
PEJ was absolutely perfect for our wedding, Kristin was so incredible to work with, and she made sure every detail was covered from start to finish.
