Couldn't hear out of my right ear for a few days. My sister told me about this service being available. When I went in I met the Nurse, Lorraine. I showed her my Health card. Didn't wait, she took me in immediately and flushed wax from both my ears. I was amazed, I could hear again. Lorraine is a lovely and very pleasant Nurse. we were back in the car under twenty minutes.
Very easy to book online with many appointments available. I arrived 10 mins prior to my scheduled time, provided my health card and requisition forms and was immediately taken into a clean private room. I advised the nurse, Lorraine, that I was a bit nervous around needles and she instantly distracted me while also continuing to check in at each step to make sure I was okay and not uncomfortable in any way.
