I’m a surgeon (urologist) and hard to please. I recently saw Dr. Zhou when I felt awful and was not at my best. She and her staff were A+. Her medical training is excellent, she’s doing a great job on difficult surgeries and is well respected by colleagues. She’s a good communicator and her staff is organized, friendly and gives good customer service. She is a wonderful addition to the Northside Hospital team!

Horrible experience in so many ways. I have more issues after surgery than I had before. The Dr. and the entire practice (Georgia Colon and Rectal Surgical Assoc) are non-responsive, don't return phone calls even when I had a post-surgery fever. Also includes the billing or accounting department---when accounting didnt respond after a couple messages and a week or more of waiting, when I called the front desk, they said "sorry, there is someone who doesnt return calls over there, but this person will" --the non-responsive pe... read more

Due to her, I'm still struggling with pain and problems. After the surgery, I endured a lot of pain because she couldn't diagnose the fistula. I once had a Seton surgery performed by another doctor. Now, I will have a new surgery for the fistula.
