Went today... it was my very first time eating Pei Wei advised that to young lady she just shrugged it off... so it took us while to give our order no big deal... however I do have a problem when the person taking my order and money is shoving food in her mouth while I’m ordering.. talking to me while eating... almost acting as if I interrupted her lunch/break.. I thanked her for patience with us while we figured out what to order...she never acknowledged it just turned to eat more...

This place was nasty!! All the tables but 2 were dirty. They weren't even busy and can't keep this place clean! It's not the first time I've been in and it looked like that! Will not be going back! Discussing!! Lazy workers! Never a manager on duty either!
Ordered lunch from here online about two weeks ago and had my husband pick it up to bring to my office. I ordered it about 45 minutes in advanced and when I get the food the ordered was all messed up. I call and they tell me can i bring it back which by the time I get back to them my lunch is over so they tell me they’ll refund my money but the manager will have to call me. Came here a few months ago and my food was burnt. Sent it back and they brought back slightly burnt. Came back today to give another chance, and again the Lettuce Wraps were burnt and the lettuce was wilted. The put a chunk (heart of) lettuce which doesn’t work for wraps anyway! Will not be returning to this restaurant. Also noticed a few months ago, someone contracted food poisoning as well! Good luck if you go here.
