Just want to let the wait staff at this location why you may not make any or very little tips. It’s due to lack of interest in helping your customers. I gave this location one star and that was for the food. I am at a table alone with leftovers to take home. I asked for to go containers and the waitress tells me there down there at the other end of the restaurant to go get them. We’ve been fans of Pei Wei for many years, but the past 3 times we’ve been in, we’ve been told that there are no glass “glasses” for our beer. Each of the 3 servers who waited on us made excuses and / or said the glasses were not cold. This last time, I insisted on glasses and the guy went out back. He took over 4 minutes to come back out so I assume he actually had to run them through the dishwasher. They were hot when he brought them out.
