PEHP has been terrible to work with regarding an out of state emergency room visit for my 2 year old. Claims are slow and representatives speak to you like you're a homeless person begging for money. Feel like I am dealing with Medicaid.
You no longer provide insurance though the only Dr. we have had for literally 30 years. I can not believe that in midst of this pandemic you would choose to continue to use a business as usual practice. So now we are forced to try and find a new Dr. in this uncertain future. We are stressed enough. So thank you for this. The only reason I am giving you 1 star is because it is forcing me too. ZERO STARS!
