Working with Peggy was so great! From our initial conversation to the day of closing! She put us at ease with her amazing knowledge of the local market and friendly demeanor. I loved that she joined and guided us through every step, making a potentially stressful process incredibly smooth and easy. Peggy worked with us for a couple of years to find the right home. Helping us through virtual walk throughs, as we lived out of state. She was patient and dedicated. When the right house came up, she worked hard through negotiations, inspections, and closing. After the close, she has kept us abreast of various things to keep on top of to make our first year here smooth. We appreciate her hard work and recommend her services!
