Awful experience working with both Sonya Lynn Turner and Kenneth Cochran. They do not reply for months on in. This caused me to have to pull out of home as they didn’t respond to basic update texts for over a month on a new build. Extreme delays weren’t communicated to me resulting in me having to cancel my contract as my current home was already listed. Giving the quick points - but I’d never work with these 2 on the selling side.
