I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I had just moved to Redmond and visited Dr Chang's office for a regular bi-annual cleaning appointment. During the initial chit chat they figured I was new to the place and just joined Microsoft (big insurance cover!). At the time of appointment a helper took me in and while I asked for the doctor I was told that the doctor (Dr Chang) does not take cleaning work herself and that is "regular practice" in the state of WA!
