Peggy over promised under delivered. I saw her twice second visit was to fix my hair. both times she promised i would get the results i wanted and i ended up with orange golden hair when i was looking for a cooler platinum. i was able to achieve this look in one visit from another salon. she quoted me a price then increased it the day of. i had to guide her many times for my hair cut and she tried to convince me to settle on a different look. don’t waste your time and money i would rather pay a higher price and get the resul... read more
