SCAMMMER! I literally dropped my lawnmower off to these guys, said it’ll be done in 5 days. I call after not hearing from them in 2 weeks and they proceed to tell me it’s $109 and a motor had to be rebuilt. I guess they thought since I was a female, they could get over? I maybe needed a cleaning, not a whole rebuilt of whatever part was issued. Normally, a business calls you to confirm if you want something done before doing it correct? This is why they are scammers.
Since dropping off our lawn mower in May, we have not received any updates. We have called numerous times. Each time we have been told that they are waiting on a part and will call when they have updates. We have never received any. I've been trying to call since the last interaction which we initiated, and the phone continues to ring after calling 6 times! You can't even leave a message.
