I appreciate a shop that genuinely do their best due diligence to help you without taking financial advantage of you. Unlike other shops I have spoken with, Deanna kindly worked with me to quote out the job without having to send someone in for inspection. I sent them all pictures/videos needed for the job, they gave me their best estimate in good faith, which turned out to be accurate.
