I could not have had a better experience with Pegasus Pool and Spa. They put in a new pool and travertine. All of the subs were amazing, but the PM Dylan was the absolute best. He was very clear about the process from the very beginning. He checked on the project almost daily and identified things that needed to be changed/fixed before I even had a chance to say anything. The overall project was completed within the timeline that was quoted. I would chose Pegasus Pool and Spa all over again.
Pegasus built our pool for us at the end of 2021 into early 2022. They are absolutely amazing & so great to work with! Kane was so helpful, insightful & on top of things! They did our pool, spa, travertine, fence, turf, rocks & drip lines. So thankful for them and their hard work!
Had 3 different companies quote our pool install (salt / Pebbletec) and Dave from Pegasus was immediately more engaged in the project than the other companies, suggesting some options that we hadn't considered and that made a big difference in our enjoyment of our pool. The showroom staff and field personnel were attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. I would strongly advise against hiring Pegasus Pool and Spa for any pool-related projects. Their work is subpar, their communication is abysmal, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that values their customers and takes pride in their craftsmanship.
We had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! To those wondering why you don't see many negative reviews... with smaller pool companies, customers often wait until the warranty period ends before posting negative feedback. When a negative review is posted, the company may not handle warranty issues well. In our experience, Pegasus lacked communication and failed to fulfill promises made upfront.
