Customer of about five years, they constantly make mistakes and remakes to cover the mistakes, my last order was a remake, now they want me to pay for this remake after I fedex returned the original parts with proof of tracking and payment as well as their salesman agreeing to the return, I recorded x12 parts and am being sent to a collection agency for x24 parts. I just don't understand why we have so many problems but today I'm just not able to be happy after a bill collector called me and is seeking $633.24 that I payed in full on 9/14/2014, because the kid running the card did half my order and forgot the $633.24 so I told him no I owe you the $633.24, to which my card was ran yet again,from, forgotten orders by Eddie Mora, multiple batches of extremely rusted/pitted metal, the aluminum block work order being ignored, what's up guys?
