Very disappointed with my experience (from 2023). I was in contact with an agent who requested a significant amount of information and documentation, which felt more than I expected based on my experience with other lenders. After providing everything, there was still no progress on my pre-approval after more than a week. Due to the delay, I decided to move forward with a different brokerage. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.
I have been served my Mohammad Sohail who turned out to be a very diligent service individual where he remained committed to our mortgage needs/requirements, understood our family situation while paid special attention to our financial profiles and constraints. He demonstrated great foresight of prevailing interest rate and macro-economic environment in presenting us our best options.
Stop harassing our mortgage agents. They do not want to work for you. We have blocked several numbers from your office but you keep calling.
Beware of this Scam Brokerage centre if you are a new mortgage agent! This brokerage claims to advertise weekly sessions and weekly meetings, however when I joined these meetings the instructor would just plays Linkedin training videos that were pre-recorded. Whenever I tried to reach out to mentors they never respond or don't know how to help. Many members in the brokerage when they leave voice the same issues I have listed above.
