I joined Pegasus Mortgage Lending shortly after passing my Mortgage Agent exam. I applied for my Mortgage Agent licence with them but somehow I didn't feel any connection with them and I decided to go for Real Estate program. One of Pegasus mortgage manager convinced me to sign another contract with them as a partner meaning, if I don't want to practice as an Agent, I will be paid commission on any referral from me.
