My experience with Ajai Sahore was extremely negative. His communication was disrespectful and dismissive, and he consistently spoke to people in a way that felt demeaning. During our interactions he was verbally aggressive and made it very difficult to resolve the situation professionally. Based on this experience, I would not want to deal with him again.
They took too many information and documents from me in Mid 2025 and gave me an estimate of 150k to 250 k mortgage on a condo that has already been purchased and paid for. after wasting too much of my time and the time of my mortgage broker, they rejected the case.
