At first I would have never recommended this dealership with the issues I had with the parts department, but after meeting with the general manager and the service manager, I will recommended them.

If I could give Ennis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most frustrating and disorganized dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The biggest issue is communication — or should I say COMPLETE lack of communication. I spent an entire Friday trying to contact the service department and probably called 15–20 times throughout the day. Nobody answered. Nobody returned my calls. Nobody updated me on my vehicle.
