Brandon the property manager of City View in St. George is terrible. The property and management used to be great. But over the last 6 months it has gone down hill fast. They try to charge you for anything they can think of. They added a fee the day after my auto-payment, without letting me know. Then gave me a $25 fee four days later because I had an unpaid balance on my account. Brandon is terrible at communication and does NOT care about the residents.

I lived at this apartment for two years, always paying rent on time and being a responsible tenant. When the heater broke, I notified the landlord and gave them the required 3 days to fix it under the Utah Fit Premises Act, but it was never repaired. This property management company is AWFUL!!! Do not rent through them! My daughter has moved out of the AVIA Lofts on Parkway exactly one month ago. She has been calling and emailing them for the last month and cannot get ahold of anyone. They will not return her emails and they will not return her calls. She cant get her security deposit back because she can't get in touch with anyone. SO IF YOU WANT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK, DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!!!

Do not rent from The Revival Apartments if you’re a college student or anyone who values clear communication. We asked to use a cosigner, but were told they don’t accept cosigners and were pushed to go through a third-party program called The Guarantors instead. They told us multiple times in writing that The Guarantors would cover up to one month’s rent and damages, and that we would not have to pay them back (screenshots attached).
