Their response is totally incorrect and they were provided with the necessary information regarding city inspections on September 9th. The charger was installed Sept 23rd and PEG was provided with the city’s Waiver for Inspection to AEP. And I would like to see the installers proof of certification! The time it takes for a project to get completed is unbelievable. February 2024 contract signed and installation took place February 2025. Still pending for the battery to be installed with no update on it.
Bill came in extremely high so I called PEG energy and was told that our panels only produced $1 worth of energy for that month. I asked why, they then said they’ll need to check into it. When I asked why didn’t they notice they said they have too many clients and it’s impossible for them to know unless we notify them. Why don’t they have a system that notifies them that one of their clients panels is down and not working?
