I am deeply disappointed with the post-installation support from PEG Energy. I initiated a warranty claim in August 2025 for a faulty Enphase microinverter on my 35-panel solar system, and it remains unresolved. The staff lacks basic product knowledge, making it impossible to get clear answers about the equipment they sold me. Furthermore, their internal warranty procedure is incredibly slow, and scheduling a technical team involves unacceptable wait times.
