I bought solar panels from PEG energy because of a recommendation, yet all I have experienced is the run around. I bought a battery for my solar panels almost two years ago and according to PEG energy it’s on back order. I was never told that the battery wasn’t installed nor was I told that it was on back order until an indefinite time. Don’t do business with these people! Richard was amazing . He was well versed with the products offered and was able to get additional information from the installation team if he didn’t have the info . He also gave good post installation service and that’s the most important thing customers want from solar installers and PEG energy and Richard specifically do this really well .Would highly recommend.
Buyers beware. I installed a system in July 2 weeks later some of the micro inverters were not working so I called for service. While awaiting g service I checked the system and came to realize that te system they installed was not the system I bought was of inferior model and power. On August 19 2024 I spoke to a project manger that acknowledged that indeed my whole system was not supposed to have been installed at my house and that they will replace the system to wait for a call in a week for ETA. I would not recommend PEG energy as a company at all, buyers please beware of this company. I purchased solar panels and a Tesla battery late 2022. When explaining the products and selling their products their services were great. AFTER my solar panels were installed early 2023, I inquired about the battery but did not get a definite answer.
