I got a great price, and very satisfied with the solar panel production. Until 4 years later when my monotoring device quit working and they would not honor the warranty to replace it. They want me to upgrade for $900 to enphase monitoring. It’s like my spouse always says. The warranty is only as good as the company.
I want to highlight my experience so far with this company, local to where I live (with this, you would think it would be faster to get the installation done) I'd like to say that Mr. Lira did a fantastic job in July. All questions were answered, and he went above and beyond to get us started with the process. Kudos to Mr. Lira. That being said, the rest of the process has been an unprofessional nightmare. Their response is totally incorrect and they were provided with the necessary information regarding city inspections on September 9th. The charger was installed Sept 23rd and PEG was provided with the city’s Waiver for Inspection to AEP. And I would like to see the installers proof of certification!
