This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Susie is the worst contact person to deal with. Her customer service is below poor. My system hasnt worked 7 months out of going on 2 years. She never returns our calls when we need answers and yet bothered when I am obviously mad that O am paying full light bill and the system monthly. I am deeply disappointed with the post-installation support from PEG Energy. I initiated a warranty claim in August 2025 for a faulty Enphase microinverter on my 35-panel solar system, and it remains unresolved. The staff lacks basic product knowledge, making it impossible to get clear answers about the equipment they sold me. Furthermore, their internal warranty procedure is incredibly slow, and scheduling a technical team involves unacceptable wait times.
