My concern is no longer just the hotel stay itself. My concern is PEG Hospitality's handling of the complaint afterward. Great company. They went above, and beyond.
Helpful and quick maintenance when things went wrong. Our rent increased by $100 or more every year with no improvements made to the complex. Lease transfer fee of $300 when we sold our contract despite us doing all the work to find someone to buy it and cleaning the apartment for them. Just another money grab for the top dogs who don’t care about anything but money.
Lived at the view on 20th for 2 years. Just going to do a “Pros” & “Cons” list below. If none of the “Cons” would bother you, I think you’ll really enjoy it here.
