I have been using Peery's Property Management or years, and they have been the greatest. I had a few property managers prior to them, and the fail in comparison to Peery's. They were always prompt and courteous when reaching out to me with an issue and always gave good advice and contracted the right people to perform maintenance. The team gave proper guidance for upgrades to the property to assist in getting renters in and since I have hired them have never gone longer than 30 days without a renter. Peery's Property has managed my rental property for more than 8 years. In that time we've gone through a handful of tenants, and an unfortunate fire that required a complete rebuild of the property. Working with Hollis and his team has been a breeze. We asked Hollis to help us rent out our home in a bit of a sticky situation - we live out of town and our previous property managers stopped working with us right as we were trying to turn over tenants and find new renters. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism with this company. Hollis sat down with us and went over every aspect of managing our home in detail. After our initial meeting he met with us again to walk through the property and discuss minor improvements to get our home ready for tenants. Within 2 weeks of listing our home, we had renters and most importantly, peace of mind knowing that our home was in competent and capable hands. We would highly recommend this company.
THE BEST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!! I am renting my second home from them. The first home I rented, the owner would not approve the fixing of the windows that would not lock, Hollis came over personally with his own equipment and secured them for me. The owner then decided to try and sell the home while I was still living there, and Hollis was able to get the owner to allow me to break the lease early with no fees and get me into another one of his properties. I had a wonderful experience with Peery Property Management! I rented from them a total of 7 years and ALL 7 I dont have any complaints. This company is a company of STATUE. They not only live what they speak, they indulge in it. If anything breaks or stop working, you dont have to wait days, they will be there on the next day. The best attribute that stands out....THEY HAVE HEARTS OF GOLD! I would recommend this company, if you want to experience what it is to have a GREAT landlord!
A little over a year ago I read the reviews on this website and decided to list my property with Hollis and Jill. I was very happy in the beginning when they took over having the repairs done and got it rented. However, things changed once those tenants could no longer pay their rent and vacated the property. Once the court order for eviction was awarded and Hollis gained possession of the house it took FOREVER for him to get the estimates and repairs done. I have had a great experience with Peerys Property Management so far. People have to understand that we are not the only person they are dealing with so, a little patience can go a long way. My fridge was not working properly and it did take about a month to fix it however, they were on top of things. I like dealing with this company because its family operated.
