They've constantly called me (33 times), left vm's, etc., to set up an initial appt with dates and times that dont work, then when I call back, they, again, give me the runaround (dates/times) that aren't compatible with my schedule.(ex, one day @9:00am) and when I told the person it wasn't going to work, she got angry/upset with me and started yelling at me, which I did not appreciate. As a former client for 5 years I'm better off without a counselor it's a waste of time and a waste of taxpayer money if you only knew and I could right a book on them and could prove every word the mental health system is broken so this is like a bucket with a whole in it it's worthless
Been a patient for over 6 years today I stopped services bc I had a phone call today about my dog bc the person complained so I told them take them off my case they had only been on my case for a couple of months and been here maybe 3-4 times this service is a waste of time so is the mental health system they don't listen to you and had a peer counselor buy a house from me cheap just bc I was desperate found out this was illegal and the peer counselors sign a contract so they won't do this you want to know what peer star did... read more
I had such high hopes for this organization. I received a letter in the mail that was addressed to my Dead Name. That was extremely disrespectful especially since they know my preferred name, then the letter basically said they dropped me from services, just for missing a call, keep in mind I have things to do besides just answering the phone. I won't be getting services unless I get an Apology in the mail addressed to Elizabeth. I'm tired of being walked over by the mental health system.
