Please copy and share across multiple platforms and branches. I manage a disabled brother we had a decent peer specialist under this company called Tina. She took on additional responsibilities. I recognize that in order to work with peerstar you needed to have trigger events in your life to be employed with them. They've constantly called me (33 times), left vm's, etc., to set up an initial appt with dates and times that dont work, then when I call back, they, again, give me the runaround (dates/times) that aren't compatible with my schedule.(ex, one day @9:00am) and when I told the person it wasn't going to work, she got angry/upset with me and started yelling at me, which I did not appreciate. It wasn't very professional. She then went onto blame me for not following through by calling back at a decent time because i was at work an... read more

As a former client for 5 years I'm better off without a counselor it's a waste of time and a waste of taxpayer money if you only knew and I could right a book on them and could prove every word the mental health system is broken so this is like a bucket with a whole in it it's worthless
