I just returned from buying my 4th (maybe 5th?) set of tires from Peerless Tires on Main Street in Durango. It isn't the pricing that brings me back to your shop so much as it is the attitude of the people who work there, from the front desk people to the guys who are in the shop. As customer I get the impression that the crew values my time and works toward a single goal: to process the car as quickly as possible and get me back on the road and back to my Life. Making my roommate with MS wait 6 hours to get her tires on when u said she did not need an appointment is not good. She came home worn out and tired which is bad when u have MS.😫😫
I don't know anyone in there personally but, since I moved here 26 years ago, they have been the most helpful people when I've had a flat or when it comes to change my tires. Awesome service, well priced and honest.
