I bought new snow tires through them and was lucky enough to find some with a good rebate/promo happening. The in-store staff was fine and service was quick. Two things I didn't particularly care about - 1) The online purchase didn't transfer clearly to the location's sale system and I had to show the workers the receipt since the system didn't show any additional discounts that came from an online order. 2) They over inflated my tires upon investigation, way past the recommended PSI limit.
