I rented a duplex from peerless properties in spring valley and immediately starting having problems with my neighbors and non tenants who lived every single day on the property, and when I complained, showed video and audio proof to peerless properties, nothing was done about the harassment and threats coming from my neighbors, in fact I was then met with 3 days notices non stop until I moved out.
