They came out to open the pool and did the bare minimum. Last year they were great, but this year they were terrible. They claimed they brushed the walls of my in-ground pool, but there was still algae and stains. The pool wasn't ready to be used. I had to buy chemicals to get rid of the algae and stains. My opinion is that the company is not interested in opening and closing for customers and would rather focus on seasonal maintenance. Eric and his team at Peerless are incredibly customer focused, consistent and go above and beyond when there are issue. I would recommend to anyone looking for pool servicing.

Eric and his team have been wonderful, would highly recommend! They have helped us with regular and special cleanings as well as correcting equipment issue. They are super responsive and a pleasure to work with.
