I've been using Peeless with Jim and Sherry since 2013.My condo has been rented the entire time, with exceptions when tenant move on due to new job or able to buy a home. Jim and John are prompt responding to text and e-mails. We are very please. As of 2020 we’re working with John as our property manager he answers texts, emails same day, communication is prompt. Tenants are happy. Again we are extremely grateful for this company,

No one answers a phone there. Phone rings until it just drops your call and you have to try again with same results. That works out well in an emergency.
They advertised a rental home without listing there is NO AC or centralized cooling system. We had to spend over $2,000 for a centralized AC unit in a home in San Diego that we are renting for a mere 6 months. Their response: "The listing doesn't say it has AC." Be professional and upfront about big ticket items like this, as to not surprise your tenants!
