Chris and Peerless Lending is the best lending broker you can ask for. Getting a mortgage is cumbersome with most lenders, because they don't articulate everything, which leaves me feeling unsure about my decision or with surprises. Chris explained everything really well and helped me find a loan that fit my needs and also did it at the best price I could find.
Chris Robson at Peerless is a Rock Star! We had a very tight deadline to close on our house when we moved to Fresno last year. Chris got us a great rate, and the onsite appraisal was waived to expedite our closing. Less than 4 weeks start to finish! As a 30+ year banking professional, I have seen a lot of mortgages get processed. This was one of the fastest I have been a part of. Would 100% use them again.
