Stay away from the one in Beckley WV! Called and placed an order for my father-in-laws patio I was traveling 6hours to build. They explained it would be here in 3-4 weeks (which is longer than it usually takes) due to Covid. I paid the bill and waited for it to be delivered. Well 7 weeks passed and still no product! I give them a call to be told my product I purchased was in ky and if I wanted to pay freight it could show up faster but they don’t make many trips to that location! Okay... I’ve delivered brick and pavers to 3 different Peerless locations for almost 7 years. Never missed a load , never damaged a load. At times went out of my way to pick the load up , with multiple pick ups , or multiple stops. Always had a good relationship. ( Apparently better when Dudley was there. Amie’s hands are tied. ) However , in October , I posted on Facebook that I was aggravated because they took an hour and a half to unload me which caused me to miss a reload. They carry more lines of pavers than anyone around. If they don't have it, they will get it for you. The service is second to none and delivery available next day. They really are the areas best for brick and block. Bar none.
We had poor customer service in the beginning, but then 2 gentleman stepped up and gave us the help we needed. Thank you!
