Poor Customer Service and Return Policy Made a purchase, took it back as I decided I did not need the items and they would not give a refund, only an in-store credit. Not a good way to run a business, they said that they get returns due to customers finding better prices on-line. Seems that if they were good business people they would be more competitive and customer service oriented to retain customer loyalty. They were rude about it as well.
