Be careful we sold our customer one of their all weather TVs and just out of warranty this month the customer took the cover off and noticed the screen was peeling bad . Sent pictures to a rep Eric Pavone as requested he said is was from excessive moisture or heat and suggested our customer had an outdoor fireplace under it . Uninitiated customer "support" team. Many of their products lack quality.
Poor customer service - inexperienced in solving client problems, QC issues with many of their products. Look elsewhere for AV products.
Can't say enough about the awesome customer service I received from Peerless. I had an old TV wall mount that I could no longer unlock and then very quickly got me the tool I needed. Bravo!
