I don't know what the heck is going on with Peerless, but something weird is happening and it's creepy and I don't like it. I called their number. It went to some AI asking me for my zip code, then it says it will connect me with a technician in my area. THEN it forwarded me to a company called Touchdown Heating and Cooling! I speak to the human tech there who answers the phone and appears to be on an actual job site, not an office. He has no idea why when I called Peerless' number I get forwarded to him. No clue!
