Very friendly and helpful.
Got the exact piece needed to repair our water softener.
Contacted their office regarding an issue I had been experiencing for some time with my system. Spent almost an hour on the phone with the gal (Wish I could remember her name) who went thru several possible fixes. She offered to have their main tech Bill contact me about the issue. Bill contacted me that same day and went over what was going on. Sent him some pics to his phone of the system and pipping and he called me back and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone.
