This place has gone downhill since the pandemic ended. There's only 2-3 staff there that are actually friendly anymore. The one with dark hair and a pixie (karen) haircut is quite rude and condescending. I myself have had a couple run ins with her for no reason. I really hope she gets fired immediately and someone more understanding and with more empathy and compassion gets hired.

For a place that is there to help I found the girl I spoke with on the phone to be decidedly unhelpful. I called hoping to be able to wash a load of my daughters laundry for school and co op. I live literally 2 minutes away, called at 11am and was told that since their last wash starts at 12 i wouldnt be able to set an appointment for today. When i said that i lived extremely close and would have no problem making it there for 12, all of a sudden they dont offer same day appointments. When i said that it seemed kind of silly... read more
