Had my first appointment 7 months ago and to this day still have not received my new leg! The guy I was working with quit or got fired than I been working with a new guy and has been taking months to do anything, then when I try to contact them on a update that don’t answer my phone calls or return any of my messages. They only answered 1 time and “left a message” to the owner. Never go here they pick and choose who they want to work on. Btw I been trying to contact them for 2 months and never answer my call…
This place was good in the beginning until Brandon got his feelings hurt and would not return my call. I tried to contact the manager and he never returned my call.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company picks and chooses who they want to help. If you need help Progressive prosthetics and orthotics are much better, do yourself a favor and try them. Isn't it odd these people only answer the good reviews. Update my post has over 1000 views.
