Jay Hall arrived on time - was very knowledgeable and courteous.
Costal Air Plus to the rescue. I had a problem and they came out the same day (even received a call from the tech within a couple of hours). Jay Hall assessed my problem and quickly had my a/c issues diagnosed and Austin Byrd repaired it within a day I couldn’t ask for better performance in a company. Coastal Air Plus does a great and quick as possible job. I definitely recommend this company
Bunch of crooks with horrible communication. We have been out of ac for eight days. When they came the first time they said the mother board was fried. Three days later they installed the new board for it only to work thirty minutes. Now being told a week later its the compressor. These people sadly hold our warranty because they bought coastal comfort air. I would not recommend to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars.
