Worse experience with this clinic and doctor . Very irresponsible team. No punctuality of time as always have to wait for 1-2 hours after appointment timings to see doctor. No body answer the calls no matter how many times patient is calling . Staff members are so rude and ridiculous in behaviour. No response to voice message and even don’t get any update for follow up appointments . All the time I have to come to clinic to get update on my follow up appointments.Never recommended to anybody. Dr. Kundhal is amazing. He did such a great job with my sleeve surgery. His care, skill and professionalism are quite evident in the service he provides.
Dr Khundal and his team were amazing to work with. I was super nervous and hesistant as I have never gone through a surgery in my 36 years. This was a surgery that was needed for my health. Dr Khundal answered each and everyone of my questions on a personal basis, never once reading from a script or giving standard answer. I was re-assured of a number of things prior to my operation. I would NOT recommend this clinic to ANYONE. I had my surgery in April, right up until that point everything was great. Dr Kundhal was very attentive. Answered all my questions and concerns. Made me feel like I was in really good hands. I paid cash for my Gastric Sleeve procedure. After surgery I went back to work after 2 weeks like I spoke to Dr Kundhal about.
