Purchased a Groupon and had a hard time scheduling it however was satisfied when I finally got in. Later on purchased a set of peels with her Christmas special received 1 of those peels after being rescheduled 3 times and then no reason or alert to the cancelation of the second one. All I got were excuses when I finally did get a response and then was stood up with no explanation when I asked to speak to her in person. Appointment is always rescheduled. I have tried since September to get my 5 peel package appointments but often I go and no one is there. I hate leaving bad reviews but can not get an appointment or a refund.....😢
Don’t not go !!! She’s absolutely insane and on something! Read the reviews.. watch her video! Run... fast ... now!!
I bought a groupon to come here. no one ever answered the phone or returned calls. i got the same "we had a horrible employee"response when I contacted the company via Facebook and was told to call again. I called to find out that the number stopped working all together. now I am out of money. 🙄🙄 Choose a different company.
Not worth it, the Groupon $39 anti aging is a bait, you will have to pay additional $366 for the complete package. she will tell you 5 session. once a month. Just to make an appointment is a struggle. Also, its my 4th session my skin got worse. She is good on peptalk, no result. Unprofessional, twice stood me up on appt. her excuse always in the hospital.
Lovely ladies with great service. They are going to expand as they grow and add the lasers Sarah is certified on 3 levels now! Can’t wait! Will be back every month for a service!
Farah does an amazing job!! My skin has never looked better than it does after her peels! Definitely recommend getting peels from her.
