My doctor is absolutely wonderful here but the front end is a joke. I have been calling 4 days in a row and no receptionist picks up the call. The longest I stayed on hold one day was 45 minutes, I even screen shot it. I called the pharmacy attached to the clinic and the I asked them if the receptionist was even there. The pharmacist asked someone else and heard them say "tell them they are busy". How are you suppose to make appointments with your doctor if Noone picks up the phone. I don’t know why receptionists never pick up call.. I am trying since 5-6 days but any time I call them they never answer.

Very disappointing experience. It is extremely difficult to reach this clinic by phone—no one answers the calls, and it is frustrating when you need to speak with someone regarding an appointment or an important concern. A clinic should have a reliable way for patients to contact them and get a timely response.I hope they improve their phone service and communication with patients.
