"As per Dr. Tampa's request, patients are allowed a 15 minute time slot, one request, one issue per appointment." This sign hangs on top of the counter barrier where the receptionists are seated. Considering that many patients have difficulty coming to the doctor (elderly, transportation, time off work, etc.) and many have multiple issues - oftentimes related and ALL important for the diagnosis - this is shameful and clearly part of a scheme to scan OHIP as often as possible. Very Dissapointed! I booked an appointment at 4:15 PM today. It's already 5 PM and i'm still waiting here in the lobby to be called 🤬 then they called me after making follow ups. Again, I waited 30 mins in the room then i just leave. Wasted my 1 hr and 15 mins! Very unprofessional!
