My experience here was great I search for a family doctor and couldn't find any. Until I met Dr. Cynthia, she is very awesome she solves all my problem when I need help. She alway find a solution and it always work. I never ever go for my appointment and wait even when im early I get through. She treats my daughter like her own she ensure that we are in good shape and condition. Everything is ok but what is up with you guys not picking up the call . I would be on hold for 1 hr and when i visit your clinic no one is on phone . How is one suppose to make appointments with family doctor if you guys are not picking up ! Can you guys please fix it because i see everyone chit chatting with each other at reception desk and ignoring calls !!! Please show some professionalism

I think these reviews are a bit harsh.. Sure, there is a bit of a mixup sometimes with admin, but I think this is with any Canadian doctor's office. Today I had an appointment booked and they took me in earlier than the scheduled time. Dr Tampa is a compassionate, helpful doctor and a great problem solver. Happy to have him as my family doctor.
