I would have given a 0 but there is no option just to the reception department. Doctors are really good at their job but let me tell you the reception people are the worst people you will interact to. They are rude, and do not do their job on time due to which my mother had to suffer. I don’t normally put reviews but seeing my mother’s condition I had to. I wish these guys treat patients like patients and not an object. 0 humanity.
I just switched my family doctor to Dr. Jehan who is new there. Definitely was worth the switch. I also regularly see Dr. Khalife. Both are excellent. The secretaries are also very nice and there are actual follow ups without me even having to book appointments sometimes. I cannot recommend enough. Perhaps the clinic was of poorer quality before hence the negative reviews but I don’t see any of that.
Take heed of what reviewers say regarding front desk staff and their lack of professionalism...
