Yesterday (8 August 2025) I spent 11 hours in emergency because of a complication with my swallowing and breathing and I couldn't get an appointment with my Doctor for a week and a half. Although the wait was tedious, the care was not. I was eventually seen by Dr Sidra Shoeib who couldn't have done more to put me at my ease. She arranged for all the tests she could do to find out what was wrong and she has also arranged for me to have another test in a few days. Ridiculously long waits in the emergency room I had to wait for six hours to be seen after an urgent referral from my primary. But the nurses were patient, kind and understanding once admitted.

My daughter was rushed by ambulance to Peel Health Campus Friday evening 01 August 2025. I can not fault the care she received, the ED nurse was very caring (also helping out the daughters boyfriend), the female doctor was exceptional, informative and extremely caring, nothing was too much and an Anaphylactic expert. Unfortunately I didn't get either of their names I would like to thank them.

I attended the Endoscopy unit for a minor procedure and couldn't be happier with the nursing staff and Drs. They were all very friendly, efficient and attentive and explained the process and what to expect.
