I moved to the area about 2.5 years ago and was introduced to this gym by my boyfriend at the time. I’d always gone to regular gyms but had never tried CrossFit before — I was hooked immediately. The workouts are extremely efficient and, in a short amount of time, challenge every muscle group while still being genuinely fun. The coaches and members are welcoming and supportive, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I started with the Gym in December 2025, so I'm a newbie.... 1. First Class = FREE. So... why not give it a whirl? I'm so thankful for the opportunity to try something new without feeling the pressure to pay for a membership ahead of time. 2. The vibe in the gym is chill and encouraging. I couldn’t be happier with my drop in at Peekskill Strength CrossFit for my 25.3 open workout. Close to West Point, awesome helpful coaches, Jessica was awesome! Can’t wait to come back!
