Overall bad experience with my pet and my friends have also had horrible experiences here. Don’t recommend.
Communication between staff and pet owners is horrible. Messages are either not given to doctors or the doctors don't care enough to return calls. In addition, the people who answer the phones are often rude. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes, and while I accept that this can be very difficult to regulate, I do not believe that the doctors did enough to determine if there was any other condition from which he suffered. I've taken my dog's there because they were overdue for shots. last week it costs over 400 dollars including test. the doctor called telling me that my dog needed a additional test. so I asked how much. Her reply 130.i said ok. today I went for the other shots. The Bill came out to 379 I asked why so much. there reply 200 for the test. when I questioned it. there's attitude was too bad for you. Dr. P is the best! He's so great with my dog, makes him feel comfortable. Very informative and overall a great doctor! Can't forget to mention Dr. Swanson saved my dads dogs life after he was ran over by a car, back in 1990! We will be forever loyal!
Peekskill Animsl Hospital Staff and Doctors alike have been very good to me and my pets. My cat Jeter is alive today and healthy at 16 because of them as he blocked when he was 5 and they saw him through!
