This is probably longer than most people want to read but important if you have a difficult homeowners insurance company. We called Peek Performance after the big hailstorm in May, they were the third roofing company we had out for an estimate. Tyler came out and spent almost an hour on the roof before going over what he found. He chalked the roof in pink chalk everywhere there was damage and took extensive pictures. Tyler came out to the house and took plenty of time getting all of the information and damages caused by a hail storm. Floyd was also very professional and was helpful with any questions that i had. not to mention they ended up getting insurance to pay for a lot of other damages besides just the roof. would recommend to anyone.
Could not be more pleased with how this company helped us in a time of need. The process was seamless. This was the first time I have had to replace my roof and they walked me through the entire process. Floyd and Tyler were excellent to work with. These men were very honest, personable, and punctual. They helped every step of the way in filing an insurance claim and sitting on hold (phone) with insurance for hrs to be sure everything was covered as it should be.
