I didn't like it at all. There was a party today, and my son wanted to go in, but a girl working there said he had already left. My son was very upset and cried; he didn't even eat. He just wanted to sit there for a while, but we were left disappointed.

This place is by far the best compared to the other play places in the city which is located in Nob Hill area We visited that one, and it was a nightmare. There were rats running everywhere, and there was mouse popo on the kitchen counter. It made me wonder whether they're even aware of the risk of hantavirus. On top of that, the employees were rude. This place, on the other hand, is clean, well-maintained, and has a much more welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it ,peek a boo employees are always Nice and respectful

i am Nanny in the area — we go to peek a boo once a week. The staff are always nice, and the place is always clean. One of the best play places in San Francisco. It may have fewer activities than some other places, but cleanliness matters more to us. We visited another place , and when I mentioned it was our first time there, and it looks nice place the Lady immediately asked for a 5-star review in exchange for a discount, which made me uncomfortable. Every body’s favorite place! The employees are always kind, respectful, and welcoming. We are a group of nannies, and after bad experiences at another place in San Francisco, we canceled our membership there and became long-term members at Peek A Boo. As paying customers, we should feel comfortable, and this place truly makes us feel that way. The staff even allows us to use the party room when our babies are taking naps.
